Nelly was born In Odessa, Ukraine & lived there until 1989 when she and her family immigrated to the United States.
Teacher by profession, she enjoyed working with people and helping people. So, it was natural for her to choose another profession where she will devote her time to people's needs.
She started in Real estate in 1989 as a receptionist and stayed in this position for 6 months while taking Real Estate courses at night.
After she received her real estate license Nelly joined Prudential Real Estate where she worked for 4 years.
Looking for new ways to learn real estate business and better serve her customers Nelly moved to a large local real estate company: First Choice Real Estate where she established herself as a top producer.
Looking for more independence in working with buyers and sellers,she then joined one of RE/MAX offices where she earned several Top Producer Awards and stayed there for several years until she established her own real estate company- Power Realty, Inc in 2002.
Power Realty, Inc is located in Whitestone , where Nelly also has her residence. She lives in Beechhurst with her Two Yorkies: Alfie and Zigie
